I have always been a spiritual person.Even as a child I was curious about the ethereal, the unworldly. As an adult, I’ve come to realise how essential my spiritual wellness is to my overall emotional balance. It’s not necessarily attached to a divine presence, but the need to connect with my own self and with my inner quiet is very strong.
Self-reflection and self-love are at the core of spiritual wellness for me. Whether it’s meditation or a long walk in nature, I take time to nurture my soul and my spirit by focusing on positive emotions and releasing negative mental energy.
